COVID-19 Updates

As a lifestyle brand that you welcome into your home and share with your families, your health and safety are of paramount importance to us. However, just like you, we're trying to take one day at a time as we figure things out. Here's some information you might find important and/or interesting:

• We're a small, one-woman shop and our family is high-risk, so we take every precaution possible to protect ourselves. Our entire family works remotely and we don surgical masks whenever we go out (which isn't often).
• The cleanliness and safety of our product is at the forefront of our minds. All supplies quarantine or are wiped with virucidal wipes prior to entering our facility. Finished products are wiped again when being packaged to mail to you.
• Supply chain disruptions are difficult to predict, but we're trying our best to pandemic-proof our sources. While we're aiming to ensure continuity as much as possible, you may at some point experience some slight variations in product. We'll make customers aware as we encounter any such issues.
• Shipping delays are unfortunately something we have no control over. However, we recognize that the winter holidays and increased online shopping during the pandemic go hand-in-hand with the importance of accurate delivery times. To ensure our products reach you as quickly as possible, all shipments are going USPS Priority Mail with tracking information provided to you, we're trying our best to minimize handling time (i.e. the time that elapses between you clicking "Pay Now" and your shipment getting picked up by USPS), and we've built an extra conservative cushion around our "Get it in Time for Christmas" purchase deadline.
